Jodi Shaw, Principal of J. SHAW Enterprises, LLC, is a seasoned executive recruiter specializing in business development and placing candidates across the entire commercial real estate spectrum, including acquisitions, asset management, development, construction, finance, accounting, capital markets, investor relations, property management and leasing.
 
After almost seven years in the commercial real estate search business, Jodi launched J. SHAW Enterprises in 2018.  She is continually hired as a strategic partner, a valued member of her clients’ teams, performing each search with integrity and total, focused commitment. With a deep understanding of roles and organizational goals, she leverages her expansive and extensive network to ensure that each search yields candidates that add value to her clients’ teams and culture.
 
Jodi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan. She is an active member of NAIOPs New York City chapter and had previously been elected President, President-Elect, Secretary, and Board Member positions. Jodi is also involved with The University of Michigan’s New York City’s Real Estate Group and New Jersey Alumni Network.
